she sang about something so tragic, yet she sounds so at peace with it. She's been through so much, I wish her so much happiness from now on.

Usually when i listen to Lana i'm feeling like I'm ascending into heaven, but this... this feels like being dragged to the bottom of hell. I am obsessed

I really appreciate that at a time when almost all songs seem to be becoming only two verses and two minutes long, Lana continues to shine making long musical journeys

How does she manage to make every album sound different yet still with her beautiful signature sound

How this woman continuously reinvents her artistry while simultaneously remaining true to her sound is beyond me. Lana defies genres and 15th year into her music career, is literally her own genre. She might not be the biggest selling artist of her generation (despite being a massively famous one) but she is the most important & searing musician of our times, whose artistry transcends age, race, creed, gender etc. Lana has definitely reached the echelons of Joni Mitchell, Kurt Cobian, The Beatles with her once-in-a-generation artistry.

"Only worth living if somebody is loving you"
Then some time passes
"Hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have"
Then finally
"Its not about having someone to love me anymore..."
Thats it, just how life goes on

The second half of the song is what I’ve been missing from Lana for so long. Giving the unreleased demo track catchyness

This one really hit me in the feels. Can't stop listening to it and crying. This is therapy. You are not alone Lana, we love you for being so brutally honest and vulnerable. Thank you for this. Sending love, healing and positivity straight to you. 💜😘

I love that she's bringing that Lizzy Grant vibes back and takes it to a whole new level.

*Lana doesn't need a Grammy. She has our love.*

The switch from country/pop to synthetic and then into the the nostalgic outro (reminding me of her older albums!) is exactly why I love listening to her music, she experiments with almost all music genres and im here for it, super excited for the full album.
Edit: something I’ve noticed after listening again, she used NFR sample around 5:05 !

No one else keeps getting better and better the way Lana does. Unreal.

This is OUR Song Of The Year. Ocean Blvd is OUR Album Of The Year. Nobody's ever gonna change my mind not even some stupid awards called the grammys.

This is next level lana. It combines the nostalgic guitar riffs from NFR the luxurious strings of BTD, the monumentality of UV and in the end it all collapses in an industrial underground beat. Her voice runs through the melodies like a wild fox. Stunning
