A quick and easy tuna salad recipe with greek strained yogurt. You can also spread it on bread to make a delightful sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
150gr Kourellas organic greek strained yogurt
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
Lime zest

Instructions:
1. Drain the liquid from the tuna can. Then, add the tuna, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped dill, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, mustard and white wine vinegar to a mixing bowl.
2. Stir gently until well combined, add 1 cup greek strained yogurt and stir again.
3. Move the salad into a plate and garnish it with lime zest.
Tip: You can serve it on its own or in a sandwich or on toast. It’s simply delicious either way.
