- ashen demon & the boar prince
- they both thought they were only good for killing
- they ironically prove each other wrong, with Byleth beginning to become more human and expressive eventually, and Dimitri regaining his kindness and compassion because of Byleth
- lost their dads in front of them (and to the same people!) ...wants revenge
- realizes revenge doesnt bring back what they lost chooses to protect the present together and look forward to the future
- they are in love your honor
