In today's video, I'm doing a comparison between a landlord buying a property for $200k and trying to rent the property out to conventional tenants vs renting the property out as a rent to own lease option or contract for deed. One of the things I've learned over the years is most landlords are STUCK with their rental property. They make very little cashflow and eventually the repair expenses completely wipe out their profit. Today we'll show you what happens when landlords try to buy real estate with a $300 cashflow and how much profit they make on a long term basis. This will help you understand WHY I switched to doing Lease Options.
