I was looking for the NEW Sombra rework for Season 7 and found this gem. Crazy how many times she’s been changed, we’re quickly approaching Symmetra levels now 😂

Dunno how I feel about the flat 40% damage. Seems pretty strong compared to damage focused ults.

She’s definitely going to be a top tier DPS now, she’ll shred everyone thanks to that passive.

I think over all, she's a super strong character. The EMP is gonna be nasty, but reducing loss of cooldowns from 6 secs to 1 is not gonna balance it out. You lose 40% health, but u can still shield, flash, shield bash, cc in some way where it's not crazy broken.

I hope they do changes like this for most characters, they said near Overwatchs release that they planned to make every character op that way no one is op. I really hope they follow through in Overwatch 2 :P
