Time Team's creator and Series Producer, Tim Taylor reflects on an incredible year. As well as the release of our Winfarthing and Halston episodes, Tony returned for a brand new Special, 'Digging Band of Brothers' at Aldbourne.

If you could do a regular "where are they now" segment showing some of the sites that Time Team first brought to light over 25 years ago (like the Fogu follow up). I only recently realised Time Team was still kicking. I can't even being to measure the impact the show had on my life, it was a major postive part of my development. So many warm memories, excellent role models and so much inspiration to learn about the seemingly infinite history of our little island.
£5 these days is a sausage box from the chippy (if you're lucky lol) and I think I'm happy to sacrifice that even just to say thank you for everything you've given me so far, let alone what might come along in the future. Will be subscribing in the new year for certain :)

As an American, I was taught nothing of this astonishing history of my ancestors/cousins!!
Are there any suggestions for books on the history of the islands...to get a more flowing understanding of this vast and deep heritage?
I think I've asked before so apologies for the rerun... Any chance there might be some reproductions coming of the finds--specifically jewelry/pins/Roman goods....
