Zimbabwe has tightened the screws on unlicensed foreign currency traders who will now face up to ten years in prison if convicted. Using his executive powers, President Emerson Mnangagwa, amended exchange control laws to allow the stiff penalties on Monday. CGTN's Farai Mwakutuya reports.
