Good day, bad day, no trade day, I ALWAYS leave a list of notes to go back later and practice on. You don’t need to be in replay just tradimg what I do is I pick key points in my strategy amd i markup every valid zone and look to see what price does in that setting and refine my strat and log trades to also refine. Also having 30-40 valid markups of old trades I just go over everyday so that my eyes start to see these movements on a regular basis then when price prints it helps build intuition song w screen time
