The key is to push the wheel with your foot while pressing the red button. You need to push the wheel under the car seat for it to collapse.

My Doona would not collapse unless I put the handle all the way down around the canopy

If anyone is "stuck" like i was: you press the red button behind the stroller and LIFT that handle with the red button.

I kept just pressing it and nothing was happening

I own one of these and they could’ve done a better job at designing the mechanism. It doesn’t matter how many videos about it you watch, they always seem to leave out the part where you actually collapse it . Fuck this stroller
