Sir I did the same and checked credential Manager service was already running. Still I tried to disable and stop and then again changed to manual start the service to before.
After again going to User Accounts when I click Manage the credentials I am still getting same error as : - You do not have permission to save files to this location. Select a different location

Error 5: Access is denied.
