I did a project on that type of device in my biomechanics course last semester. Very cool stuff, really use fun for people who suffered strokes of have weak hip muscles. It works by feeling the resistance your legs produce when they start moving, then continuing that momentum until they feel the resistance again in the opposite direction. The reduce metabolic cost in the leg muscles, allowing you to stay energized longer and reduce muscle fatigue.

The tiny text that appears 0.25 seconds about it being sponsored honestly killed me 😂

"And after weeks of using it everyday, I noticed my thighs were shrinking, soon my muscles were so dependant of the exoskeleton that I couldn't walk anymore without it"

The exosuites are a serious game changer!!! I used one for a warehouse job and could lift double, work longer without getting tired. However I will say if you use them and have back issues to start, be ready for pain beyond belief when your done with the suite.

There is an option for displaying this is a sponsored video before uploading. Use it.

It's pretty useful for a logistician. There another exoskeleton similar to the one in the video but it's for the upper body and for the back and it helps picking up heavy stuff.

The exoskeletons are commonly used in the logistics and this is kinda the first time i'm seeing it being used for other basic things in life

Text at the end (thank me later):

This video is sponsored by Hypershell.
This was a really interesting product though And I discovered one thing while using it That I haven't seen anyone try. While running, I realized I could run faster (obviously) But I still felt quite sore like it was training Me in a different way. Now I'm quite slow but Have good endurance, but I'm wondering If I can use this to train in faster running States and gradually lower the intensity Until I can simply run faster. It's an experiment
I'll play around with so stay tuned.

This could be life changing for people with knee issues. As someone who has suddenly found out they are prone to knee/ joint issues and was even forbidden to walk for a while, it looks like a dream, it's so cool, I want to cry. 😅
