The screaming effect was very effective.

Must have been horrible for wife and son, on board the vessel. I think he suspected it might happen but, wanted to brave it out hopefully.

I am very interested in this period of history. Like more than extreme it is a great passion of mine. I' accidentally stumbled upon this page and have been a huge fan ever since. This is my literal favorite YouTube channel and it's just dry information. My question for you is; where do you get your information? I've always been curious how we have such great detailed information about this period but yet so little much after it as in tiberius onward. I hope to one day do similar work as you as it is such a big passion and time taker of mine.

I didn’t really care for the sound effects, but otherwise it was absolutely fantastic.

This depiction is somehow much more brutal and chilling than the HBO depiction.

I had always wondered : why didn't Pompey go with the rest of the optimates like Cato and his father in law Mettelus Scipio?Or why did they not go with him to Egypt if they saw Pompey as the savior of the republic? Nevertheless it still angers me that the egyptians betrayed him in that way especially lucius septimius. If he fought under Pompey in the east which could be traced back to 67 BC. Thats almost 20 years of serving under pompey or his allies! Anyways continue the great work!

Love that you're always experimenting but I wasn't a fan of these sound effects. Hope this doesn't come across as needlessly critical, I still loved the video this is just my honest feedback

What a sad ending to a almost glorious life. I think most people would have bet on Pompey because of his military exploits and political advisors. However, severed from them his head was severed. The act of covering his own face is rather odd since he was not wearing a toga but more likely a general's kit and possibly cape. Also matches someone else's action in the future.

If only Sulla had thrown Caesar from a helicopter none of this would of happened.
