Okay, so even if we allow the fact that this man was in possession of firearms while being a prohibited person, this does not address the fact that the police fired multiple rounds into a bedroom at 4:30 hours and struck a woman who was pregnant. That fact alone is two counts of reckless endangerment and attempted manslaughter (ie. the woman and her unborn child). So much for knowing your target and what is behind it. It will be interesting if we get to read the sealed warrant which is scheduled to be unsealed on April 11th.

No knock raids are egregious, and mixing them with Red Flag laws effectively set up assassination squads (I do not use that phrase lightly). Reminds me of Fred Hampton. And about defending oneself against intruders that you don't know are police, strange case where that happened in Canada. Man by the name of Basil Parasiris was found not guilty. So that can happen.
