The white convertible Shion Targa MZT is the best looking car in NC imo. Too bad you can’t buy it and it doesn’t respawn when you’ve found it…but there’s a mod for it lol

you can also get the herrera outlaw from el capitan for free and its all black and has miniguns on the front
