Just completed this task.

No not an easy one if you mis read the instructions and START your vehicle. That was the cause of the mistake in the video. Wonderful video- thank you for making this!

I just jumped the gun and ended up killing my battery… lol got it jumped right up and then re read the instructions. Put in START POSITION BUT DO NOT START YOUR SUV. Hope this helps some one else 👍🏻

Thank you for showing it still unlocks while it’s running. Most systems don’t allow it unless you tap into the harness. Glad to see it works

Thanks for the video. Is there a way to know if the vehicle starts? I.e. Do the lights come on when the vehicle is remotely started?
How has this been working? Thinking about putting one in the wife's 2013 Pilot EX-L

After I installed the remote start it works for a couple of days, then started to have electrical issues, the temperature module screen got off, the 2 set of keys does not lock or unlock the car anymore, can't lock or unlock the from the doors lock buttons and I'm sure there's more stuff to list in here, I'll have to take it to my electromechanics to take a look.

Yesterday i installed remote starter for my rav4 2009 euro spec diesel. It was easy one ignition cable and one obd2 and program. Mine was pts not key.
