I do hope you enjoy this Kazumi green ranks basic guide as I am starting a series where I will rank up some characters and analyze some of the matches. I will provide a very basic guide on some of the key moves I will be using as well.

I am doing my best to not do things that I couldn't do when I was in the green ranks:
-Only Break Throws With the 1 Button (I didn't understand arm animations back then)
-No Back Dash Canceling (Couldn't KBD back then)
-No Instant While Running Moves (Couldn't do this back then)
-No Wave Dashing or PEWGFs (Still not great with these now lol)

B = Back
U = Up
D = Down
F = Forward
1 = Square / X
2 = Triangle / Y
3 = X / A
4 = Circle / B

Season 4 Update: DB4 on Counter Hit is no longer +15, it is now just +4 on Counter Hit.

Kazumi Fly Stance 1+2 and Fly Stance 3 are both safe on block. Or you can say RSS 1+2 and RSS 3 are safe on block. 1+2 is actually PLUS on block, which is what I said in the video, that DF1 is a frame trap.

solid walkthrough...you knew what you were doing and not playing too above the green rank level. Succinctly explained and these are things which I would have really needed some help with had I not had someone to teach me basic Kazumi and fundamentals a few months back.
