I served 22 years in the RAF and only stayed that long to get my pension. The BAME favouritism was out of control, and equality was non existant. Now my military pension goes straight back to the govt due to my tax swallowing it entirely, and they have the nerve to write to me 3 years after i left, informing me of my reserve period. I'm no longer willing to wear a uniform for a government that raided my pension, froze my salary for multiple years, and discriminated against me despite my loyalty through 4 confilcts.

I work for Caterpillar UK, the discrimination against men is off the scale. The company is on its knees.
Men with 20, 30 even 40 years experience are being turned away in favour of women, especially women with a diverse sexual preference. They have zero experience in engineering or heavy industry but are literally walking in off the street after stacking shelves or baking cakes to manage teams of men who continuously get rejected for promotion.
They spend most days crying in the toilets, getting "time out" sessions at the local gym some even go home to walk their dogs but get equal or more pay, men are told to get on with it.
We're being sacked due to women "feelings" being hurt.
You will always get the odd egotistical man in charge, it happens. Put women in charge of men and it's utter chaos and malice.
