Okay so I've spent about 2 hours looking for the location and finally given in and googled it 😂 Which lead me here! HOW did you narrow the spot down to here? It looks nothing like the map area and it's driving me mad than none of the walk throughs say how they deciphered the map hahahha. Thanks for the help :)

Last mf I needed. Didn’t pop up on the map. Seems like a handful of missions are glitched and won’t pop up until you are near it and hit the left on d pad….
