Oh gosh, I feel so bad for people that taste soap when they eat cilantro. Its so good in so many different recipes. I love it!!
I love avocado, too. But somehow I don't think it belongs in this salsa. Maybe on the side.

Soap? I never heard anyone refer to cilantro as soap tasting. We use it often for salsa and other dishes. We all like it.

Looks really good. I love everything in your salsa. I just love cilantro and didn't know until recently some people think it tastes like soap...my sister included. I just wonder why that is? I love its flavor. I even ask for more fresh cilantro on my Mexican avocado salad when I go to my favorite Mexican restaurant.
