Im 38 and up until the last 18 months, I had since childhood always been surrounded by lovers and suitors and my childhood friends. Now that those things are no longer true, I barely recognise myself anymore because I am more happier than I had ever been when I was surrounded by people. The only downside I would say is the celibacy that comes with it. But it's a small price to pay for such a wonderful thing. Great video ✌️

yes there is a huge difference between being alone and being lonely, being alone means being content with exactly who you are, being lonely means you are craving validation and other people because being alone actually gives you clarity and empowers your mind, you can ask yourself all the questions and you have to give the most honest answers because its you vs you, no one else to answer, so how would you lie to yourself constantly, and moreover you are opened to the world be it the world is wretched or beautiful, thats how powerful being alone is
