This song refers to the oceans and waves in life, weather that be depression or any struggle in your life. And how God meets us where we are at and has us lean on faith and lean on him in all out struggles.

It’s sad that how people don’t believe in god but he’s the one the created you he’s the one that died for you and raised on the third day you don’t know how much god loves you he has more love then a mother and father have for there children just remember that god loves you and god says John 3:16 for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son and who ever shall believe in shall not parish but shall have eternal life

this song will forever make me cry no matter what version it is.
Last year a friend of mine was killed in a drive by on his way to school and my school did a remembrance thing for him and this was one of the songs they played.
