I make green chile rice. It's sooo yummy. I chop up roasted green chile, garlic and onion with some cominos, better than bullion and diced tomatoes. Super easy super fantastic.

What you could do is take out the jalapeños blend them at the end in a separate pot mix 1/2cup of cream with shredded cheese and add S&P a little bit of garlic salt and onion powder. Spread that over each serving of rice ❤

I would have tossed the onion and jalapeños separately to get it a little caramelized

If u let it sit on the same burner it will bur the bottom rice u need to let it rest on another burner that is not hot😊
