The enemy of my enemy is not necessarily my friend.

It's the same story as it was with ISIS and the "moderate" rebels in Lybia.

We need a stable Syria, not a Syria Civil War part 2. I doubt these rebels are even better than Assad.

"backed by different actors who I won't go into" she means the US and the little european occupiers that keep the region in flux, as strategy to keep them busy fighting against each other, rather than focusing on resisting the occupation....

Why is nobody crying or protesting the Assad regime's airstrikes in Syria? Is the UN on a coffee break, and the international court on holiday? Or do Syrian women and children simply not matter?

If nobody can honestly say whether this uprising is good or bad is probably Bad and we end up with IS style of government. Looking back at how Gadafii or asad ruled countries before war and how those countries look like now things have not gone well

definition of hypocrity "means"
West media 2016 terrorist.
West media 2024 Syrian rebels.
Now, you have taken a lesson🤣🤣

The main faction of these rebels is called Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham. Even before finding out that they trace their origins to Daesh it does not sound benign.
Realistically, it is going to be tough for women seeking higher education or a corporate career. By contrast, it can be ok for women who are fine as a mother staying at home with the kids. Likewise, Sunnites will be better off than Alawites if these rebels get to rule the country.

What happens a lot of time once different groups join together to over throw a central government they then turn on each other if they don't agree to a new central government .

Fighting is now reported in Damascus itself, Syria is now in a full scale civil war, Syria's free army is reported to be moving quite fast southwards as well.

Those people seem to be radical feminists. We should welcome them.

How won't it be welcomed when you funded, armed, trained and instigated it?
