Hi Tom! Thanks for the video! I have a question about the preserved lemons I put up some lemons about 8 weeks ago I have had a minimal of outgassing. When I put up the lemons I did not have enough juice from the lemons so I added some bottled lemon juice. Could this be what is preventing it from fermenting?
