Now people can stop saying he’s still playing with the same athleticism, hes a freak athlete and has slowed down a lot but he was miles ahead of most that even in his decline he still elite but definitely not the same athlete he was in his first 12 years in the league.

People say that Bron would have a hard time in a tough defensive era but in the 2000s when defense was at it’s best, in this season he averaged 31 points a game👑

It’s insane. At age 21 in his 3th year in the NBA he avg 31.4ppg 7.0rpg 6.6apg 1.6apg on 48% from the field and 33% from 3pt and a 50-32 record with a mediocre squad At age 21. Normally star players enter NBA at age 21 and still put way less impressive numbers then he did. Lebrons talent is/was out of this world. He would go easily 1st pick in any draft all time

Funny how we let numbers dictate what we thought about a player. I’m seeing a FULL highlight clip of young Lebron shooting tough jumpers left and right. But they always say he can’t shoot? He was just a pure hooper bruh.

I was born mid 80s, played bball my whole life since 8, played in college ... I saw MJ in person during his best years. He did not play against the same type of athletic, lengthy defenders Bron did. Dude was a Magic/MJ hybrid, straight out the gate! If you put Bron in MJ’s era we would be viewing him the same, or better as we do MJ now. And he would have way more championships, way more points, assists, rebounds. I could go on. . The hate he gets is pathetic. This dude was a superhero among superheroes and made them look average AF. All while being a good, family man. Absolutely unreal highlights!

The early 2000s Was The Most physical era and Toughest Defence. Thats why i respect bron a lot cuz he strived throught that Area. 💯👍🏾

as you can see in this video alone lebron had stepbacks, fadeaways, deep 3s, crossovers, spins, spinning layups, euro steps, hop steps etc all in his bag.

Its so crazy to imagine anyone from today’s NBA playing in this mid 2000’s era… and then there’s LeBron James.
I was a kid during this era when I first fell in love with basketball and the NBA. I’m pushing 30 now and LeBron is STILL in the league lol just crazy to think about.

Lebron's scoring averaged peaked this season, 31 PPG. I think most people forget this season, but this is where he turned the corner as a scorer, and obviously his alien athleticism. His jumper was still streaky, but nonetheless one of his more forgotten amazing seasons. Feel like his off the dribble game took a leap in 06.

Can we just appreciate the fact that Lebron was exactly what he was expected to be. He lived up to the hype and then some. Bro is a whole success story.

2003-2010 LeBron James is my favorite version of him. People forget that his best team and season at that time was the 2008-2009.
