Excellent idea but let me show two issues with this solution. This is a junction of 4 roads. We can call these roads with names Left, Right, Up and Down. There will be total 12 traffic cases in this scenario.
1. Left--Up
2. Left -- Right
3. Up -- Right
4. Up -- Down
5. Up -- Left
5. Right -- Down
7. Right -- Left
8. Down -- Up
9. Down -- Right
10. Down -- Left

11. Right --UP
12. Left -- Down
It gives solution for first 10 cases but did not mentioned solution for last 2 cases.

Nice, but I think it has now been solved better by others (e.g. Cities Skylines players). Search for Pinavia, Turbine, Contraflow left, Diverging windmill, Stack interchange. Depending on space and flow requirements the best is probably one of those. Nice video though.

This is a neat idea. It needs some perfection, and broader curves for high speed traffic both directions but it is a great concept.

In the U.S. we have FREEWAYS. But they are designed a LOT better than this. They are the only roads made exclusively for motor-vehicles. All the other roads are for anyone and everyone.

My first and biggest problem with this is they are driving on the wrong side of the road. Then as another person there are better options for this. Basicly this is a bridge over another road with wrong turns only. A double roundabout interchange would be better if this is a city street over a divided Highway. If it is two city streets simply a multilane roundabout will do the job. Both those options would provide for all turns.

This design is incomplete. If we look at the top-down view at 0:24, we can see that eastbound traffic cannot turn South & westbound traffic cannot turn north. Nice try, though.
