The coloured boxes have sensors in there. As soon as one new ⚪ (not one grey circle) enters the radius of the 🟨🟦🟥🟩 it triggers what's written in that box meaning that touching the one with R labelled in the box will create a bubble of the colour of the box (example one new ⚪ touches 🟩R creates a bubble from green). The size and the durability of the bubble depends on how much 🟩🟥🟦🟨 have been touched before the R one. The percentages close to the cannons (represented by ↓s) are the % of territory conquered by the colour (at first I thought it was the health of a cannon since someone did do Multiply or Release that way) and if a colour loses all the territory it's ELIMINATED for the remainder of the video.

As someone else mentioned at 8:40 here comes trouble from 🔵 as not touching R for a while means that bubbles as big as the PewDiePie (one was 203 million that is bigger than MrBeast) subscriber count appear in hordes. This does reverse the situation where 🟡 was close to winning but making 🔵 win it all because everytime a bubble touches one of another colour it does subtract the smallest number to both the touching colors and some 🔵 had bigger numbers it had won most of not all the "duels" with 🟡.

It would help to know the implemented rules... For example, I see absolutely no reason, why blue suddenly gets "bubbles" with 100M and 200M at 8:40. This seems to be completely without reason.
