I've always loved the ambient pad sounds the most from a synth all the way back to when I was a teen in the 80's. The Artist Seal got me into that. Love his style of music. One of my influences.
Not much a fan of buzzy sounds. To me that sounds like annoying mosquitos buzzing around my ears.
I'm into my creative mode now due to this tutorial about pads.
