In today’s video I explain exactly how each of the 5 new Artifact Perks released with Episode Echoes Act III function, plus showcasing how you can use them to bolster the DPS of Choir of One, the new Exotic Auto Rifle that released alongside these!

The Act III Artifact Perks are actually pretty solid, especially with the inclusion of the Auto Rifle enhancing perks, which for any Khvostov or Choir of One enjoyers out there is a welcome sight! The first perk “Sustained Fire” grants a 40% damage resist for simply shooting 10 bullets in a row, and the second, “Targeting Autoloader”, grants a maximum 20% damage boost AND a 40% magazine refill for simply getting kills with your Auto Rifle, and I don’t know about you, but to me that’s pretty busted. It’s basically like having the perk “Subsistence” but doubly as effective and it giving a damage boost, so what’s not to love! The final perk allows any Arc kill while Amplified to cause a small Jolting explosion, which is a nice add-on to any Arc-focused build, though on it’s own it isn’t incredibly strong. Overall I’m pretty happy with them though, and I hope you enjoy the breakdown!
