I got a problem when tried to restore snapshot on another instance. Since I got a super fancy instance and the disk space is too much for me, so I decided to migrate the data to another instance which has a lower disk space. But it seems AWS doesn't allow to restore the snapshot on an instance that has lower disk space than the original one. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, my db instance is in status, but there is snapshot available for backup, I tried backup but it is showing access denied due to IAM(I think) as I dont created any I am Role, default amazon have it for my instance. what to do.
