As VP she was in charge of the Border and AI. She has been totally MIA on both those issues. She has not given an update, she has not touted and accomplishments and not even hold a news conference providing an update. Instead she went around giving speeches that people didnt even understand and now all of a sudden she is nominee without even getting a single primary vote?

In her first public appearance since President Joe Biden announced that he is ending his campaign for re-election, Vice President Kamala Harris paid tribute to him but made no mention of her bid to lead the Democrats in holding onto the presidency at a scheduled event welcoming the NCAA champions to the White House.

While greeting and congratulating the college athletes, Harris sang the praises of her boss, who announced his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race on Sunday. This came after weeks of outcry and calls for him to step down from within his party following his disastrous debate performance and subsequent televised interviews that failed to quell concerns about his mental state and ability to win the election.

The vice president is now in pole position to receive the Democratic nomination at the party’s upcoming convention. If Harris is to clinch the nomination, she will have to defend Biden’s record on all issues, as the candidate would then be attached to both successful and failed policies from the administration; she touched on this in her moment of praise for the president.

When Biden took office I went from paying under $2 for a gallon of gas to $3.50 and he 'accomplished' this within just a few months of taking office. The interest rate I was getting from my band 2.5-4% depending on the type of credit issued. Biden was able to help that number TRIPLE in just 3 years. The price of enough groceries to feed everyone in my house has went up over 50% in just 3 years...

Every senior that I know on a fixed income spends MORE for LESS medications and food than they did 3 years ago and many of them are using up their savings to keep going.
