Gary V," is a well-known Filipino singer, songwriter, dancer, and television personality. He is celebrated as one of the Philippines' most talented and versatile entertainers. He is known for his soulful voice and wide vocal range, often performing pop, rock, R&B, and gospel music. Some of his hit songs include "Hataw Na," "Sana Maulit Muli," "Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos," and "Take Me Out of the Dark.

Gary has been open about living with Type 1 diabetes since he was 14 years old, and he actively advocates for diabetes awareness and health education. He is a devout Christian and often incorporates themes of faith into his music. This spiritual aspect has led him to perform many inspirational and gospel songs, making him a popular figure in Christian music circles in the Philippines. Gary is married to Maria Anna Elizabeth "Angeli" Pangilinan, and they have three children, including Gabriel, Paolo, and Kiana Valenciano, who are also involved in the entertainment industry.

He has won numerous awards, including "Best Male Recording Artist" and "Entertainer of the Year" from prestigious award bodies in the Philippines. Gary has had multiple sold-out concerts, both locally and internationally, showcasing his talent not just as a singer but as a dynamic performer.
He will be celebrating his 40th year in the entertainment industry with a concert this coming December 2024.

Gary is a very good person, kya maraming experienced na wla sa Iba. I am a catholic since birth, hindi Pala simba dahil sa malubhang sakit ko, after a corrective surgery gone wrong in October 8, 2008! My doctors here in the US, gave me a very painful illness called chronic pancreatitis. Kadalasan magkaroon into ay ang alcoholic at smoker, but I don't do both. My maintenance for life is powerful pain killers 3x a day, at 5x stronger than morphine. If you see me in person di ako look like may sakit. I became more prayerful than ever, halos kada minute at oras ay palagi Kung grateful sa Dyos at ipinagdasal ang Iba, lahat ng ancestors ko, family, and the whole world.

I am very privileged to have given the chance to watch Gary's performance live. McDonald's surprised us with Gary's performance in Ultra in the early 90's. Di pa uso cellphones non kaya sadly ala akong remembrance but that experience of seeing him dance and sing is vividly in my mind 😊

That’s a blessing and I have to say you’re blessed coz you have the insurance and the best doctors in the Philippines which 90 percent of the rest of pinoys don’t have!
