CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD PUDDING

Got some stale bread? Don’t throw them out. You can use them and make this delicious and easiest chocolate chip bread pudding. This is perfect with your morning coffee, afternoon snack or after dinner treat.

INGREDIENTS:
10-12 pcs. stale/ day old bread, cubed
1 cup brown sugar
5 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, cubed
