What if I don't have access to the Instagram account because it belongs to the old owner? I just need to unlink from the old owner's personal instagram page.

I tried using your example to remove Instagram and it worked wonders. Problem was, when I was finished, Instagram was still there and the Facebook I gone. Thoughts? Or was this showing me which one was removed?

Mine looks like my Instagram but all of my posts are gone and the people I followed with the exception of some. I got a replacement phone via insurance. I set it back up but when I did Instagram I said allow facebook to do it for me. Why I do not know. I did what you said above but I'm still missing all of my stuff. Does that make sense?
