Maggie is an Australian magpie who came to me as a fledgling. She has been diagnosed as blind in both eyes and has lived here with us for the past 3 years.
She seems to respond and make sounds when I call out to her. She has picked up many silly noises over the years and is a constant source of joy and laughs.
We are learning a song together,
"Put a little love in your heart" in the hope that with practice Maggie and I can do a duet together.
