We notify you along the way so you are aware when your package is shipped, received, and ready for pickup. You shop just like you would for any online purchase, but with your Cross Border Pickups shipping address you can now shop at all of those retailers that don’t ship to your Canadian address. Or, even if they do ship to Canada, you can save on international shipping and enjoy the benefits that those with a US address are privy to.

It’s FREE to sign up and there are no monthly account fees. All you have to do is visit our website and register! We give you your own U.S.A. shipping address to use as the shipping location for your online purchases, we accept your purchases while clearing customs on your behalf, we transport your packages across the border for you, and then safely hold your purchase at our Mississauga pickup facility for pickup at your convenience.
You don’t pay for your Cross Border Pickups account. You pay for your online shopping charges (including any related shipping costs with that retailer), any applicable duties/taxes (which we initially pay for on your behalf), and our small service fee charges (which depend on the size of the package we helped you receive). Our service fees start at just $4.99 CND per package.
