Mentally I was under severe stress. After a long time, it became part of my personality. I met an ayurvedic doctor, and with medication and yoga, he advised me to chant Sanskrit sloka or the name of god. I started chanting these slokas, and the vibration of these slokas made a massive impact on my brain and gave me immediate relaxation. Initially, it was difficult as I was not able to pronounce it correctly but after some time my tongue got used to difficult words.

I used to learn Bhagavad Gita in school and still remember some of these slokas. It was great listening to Bhagavad Gita again 1st and 7th chapter are great
