BTW: use 1 scoop *PER SHOT* - looks like you put 1 scoop in the double-shot.

They need to put the water res IN something so you can pick up the machine with it. I wish I had watched this before making my purchase but ultimately I think it's the best option for the price at the moment for me because I can't stand that pressurized filter crap.
