Dr Mona Erfanian:
I received my BA and MA in Architecture from the College of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, Iran in 1998. I earned my Ph.D. in Urban Design and Planning, from the Faculty of Design and Architecture, University of Putra Malaysia (UPM). Moreover, I started painting as a teenager and have been pursuing it all these years, either in the heart of my work experiences or as a valuable hobby. Most of my professional career was spent in architectural, urban design and urban tourism since 1995 and at the same time, I have been teaching at university from 2010 to now. At the moment, I am an assistant professor at the faculty of Art, Architecture and Urban Planning at Eqbal Lahoori Institute of Higher Education in Iran. I also am a member of the board of Sharan Consultant Engineers Company.
