So proud, is that normal? I just see this as such a step forward for Rhetts career, his journey in life and music. What a privilege it is to witness.

What a mythical journey

As someone who was formerly a part of the Christian cult, I’ve had trouble explaining what it feels like to leave, and this song absolutely broke me down. It made my conflicting feelings feel validated and understood. I will cherish this song for as long as I live

This is beautiful, Rhett. As someone who has struggled—and in some ways is still struggling—with their faith, I can understand how confusing it all is. You managed to capture this heady experience through your music, and put into words something I’ve had such a hard time expressing. The wonderful melody hooked me in, but the message is making me stay. Really stoked for your upcoming releases and excited for where this music journey takes you! ❤

Perfect song to come out while I’m leaving the mormon church and deconstructing. Very good job!

Alright. As some basic ass GMM fan I saw he had made solo music and wanted to give him a chance.

...You got me James. You got me....

I'm really glad Rhett released this song, I too had struggled with my faith my whole life (Still do, just keep it to myself..), forcing myself to 'believe' in Christianity until I finally admitted to myself that I was agnostic, I got in lots of arguments with my Father because he couldn't accept that I didn't believe in his God. He didn't and still doesn't understand that I was also struggling internally with not knowing the answer, and not believing the ones I was 'provided'... let alone having him try to shove it down my throat that I HAD to believe the bible. I didn't know other people had the same struggles. Thank you Rhett.

This makes me feel close to my grandpa who has been gone for several years now. I am not a fan of country music, but this...this is something he would have enjoyed. Thank you for this.

I wont lie. I put it off because i thought it would be more like their past music and im not too big on it... This continues to shake my core. Thank you James..

At this point, after listening for months and months, I'm pretty sure this is possibly one of the greatest country albums ever written.

Walk Hard vibes, and I’m here for that, and for Rhett. Thanks for bringing back old school country with great slide guitar. You don’t hear that much these days.

I just randomly stumbled upon this on my TV & the whole time I was like 'it's just Rhett... right?' and questioning my sanity.

Awesome job Rhett! Love experiencing everything y'all make! 🧡🧡

My friend recommended I listen to this and now I'm choked up. The amount of emotion and truth and vulnerability shows through. It creates an indescribable feeling inside of me.
