🎸 TAKE LESSONS WITH ME 🎸

The Student Repertoire Series for both classical and flamenco guitar covers many of the pieces I teach in private lessons and workshops. The main purpose of the series is to help my private students and workshop attendees have access to a detailed video of each piece both at a regular speed and at a slow speed with a close-up view. It should be very useful for self learners out there who may want to learn these pieces on their own using the close-up view the slow speed. Please note that this video is not intended to be an instructional video. It is meant to be more of a reference.

Too many play to be noticed and think, look how fast I can play. Thanks for just showing us how anyone can play this piece with guidance and practice.

Back in the late 1960's the late Howard Heitmeyer arranged this for Ted McKown who was a flamenco teacher at Jose Oribe's shop in Inglewood, California. It have really made the rounds over the years.

Excellent demo and tutorial..
👌
I've been playing for years but I would guess that the teacher started before 10 years old to develop such dexterity?

Help! I can’t get this past 90 bpm. If I try to play faster my fingers get lost and I forget dynamics and accuracy. What would you suggest? Move on to a new song or stick with it. Thanks

Really like this
Really feel like if you wanted to you could throw a few rasquedos into the strumming parts and make it more flamenco...

Really appreciate the lesson. Couple of big stretches there at times. Any advice to tackle them?
