you mentioned Alsace. We have been going there for years but just going directly to see family. Last year we took our little camper and stopped at lot of places in France on the way and ended up in Alsace and did a tour. Its our favourite part of France and of course close to Germany and Switzerland too. Looking forward to seeing this video 😊

Langres has an amazing cheese. It’s quite pungent but absolutely full of flavour. I assume it’s the same location as where you are . If so I Hope you manage to sample some whilst you’re there. X
