Miles Playing was for BCU it was for entertaining the high school kids( recruiting) bcu was simply going to do there show, not say two words to the kids, and leave..Miles PMM went the stand said hello to the kids and said watch this SYHT and blew on em..btw it sounded good just watch how bcu got off step as they marched off #CLASSIC so to all tht disagree..clearly you dont no about stategy..or the entertainment business which is part of wat band is about

Well BCU had a chance to play back at us after we played "Loud", this isn't the whole video, this is the 2nd song we played at them, they had plenty of time to play back..

I find it interesting that people honestly act like Miles is the first band to play while somebody else is marching off or walking into the stands after halftime or whatever. If I remember correctly when famu played southern in 2011, Southern did the same thing to us. It happens, you're not a better or worse band because of that. And other than some balance issues and phrasing Miles doesn't sound too bad.

Miles has a great program along with the HBCU's in the band world today HOWEVER it all comes down to who can show RESPECT and MUSICIANSHIP at the end of the day if you can't play a simple note and prove yourself then I feel that there should be no bias comments made towards anyone of another origin, race, religion etc... because without HBCU's 95% of the people commenting on this video would not even have the chance to say anything against "Mexicans", he most likely plays better that you anyway

Man, i kinda feel bad for the players at BCU, cause you know Dr. Wells isnt gonna let them play back, tbh i think it would have been really cool for them to battle right there, would have been some real entertainment, which is kinda the point of bands, im just saying that Miles was entertaining the audience, and i understand people can get caught up in the "battle" part of playing but they are both supposed to be entertainers. Musicianship's only cool if it gets the crowd excited. Just sayin....

When has miles been on a commercial that was televised around the nation? When has miles open a Superbowl and performed the halftime show in the ProBowl for the NFL? When was the last time miles been to HBOTB? When has miles been featured on ESPN? While yall worried about entertainment, Mr. Wells & the Marching Wildcats of BCU will continue to get this money that miles will never see! Its plain and clear....when you doing something right somebody always gonna hate...PMM fall 98 seen a lot of bands bcu included....and no matter what after each performance members of the other band was shocked and amazed at our style and sound....to be a private smaller are doing pretty damn good....i understand your gonna have an opinion...but dont let it be based off of your hate and/or ignorance towards something....give credit where it is due....lets go pmm....
