I too bought the same under 15k last month. I would like to add that the remote voice assistant is working you just need to add the remote again with the tv from connect devices. While connecting the remote, press ok and volume + button together untill Tv searches for the remote.

An uncle of mine bought a Kodak TV a couple of years back, the TV is fine for the price but the after-sales service is horrible. The remote went bad after 6 months, and it took them 20 days to deliver a new remote, that also in a city like Delhi. This brand can't even serve Tier 1 cities properly, for ROI it is going to be a mess.

I've purchased 7xpro in last year BBD and the product i received is awesome and i was little concerned about the remote coz there was many people who were saying that remote will not last more than 6 months but my remote and tv both are working 👍

In my model Netflix is not supported

And my voice search with remote is working great
