A Baltimore County police officer was shot Thursday afternoon by friendly fire in an encounter with an armed man. Police body-camera video is playing a critical role in the investigation. It shows the suspect pointing a gun at the officers, but he didn't fire. SkyTeam 11 video showed police activity in the 3000 block of Linwood Avenue just east of Harford Road.
