My suggestion is to work on this on the app. The app does not allow this which is a HUGE BUMMER. I should be able to collect and use on the app. Instead I would have to go through web to do so. So what is the point of the app if it doesn't sync with the website? Just my 2 cents.

I will say that you have so so so many commercials that its turned me off even if the shows appear to be good. I dont mind commercials but every 5 minutes a 3 minute break with the same commercials repeating that don't even interest my lifestyle is beyond annoying. I should mention of the 3 minute commercials that the first 60 seconds are silent white screen and if you like your television you probably don't want it sitting on a white screen over and over again. FYI i did some searching and loss of viewership is the result. Tame it down and gain more viewers. A balance i'm sure and advertisement money feeds the network but if a white screen can display for 10 minutes in a 50 minute program than i think you have some room to adjust.
