Launched in 2006 by some of the world’s largest institutional investors, the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) aims to bring sustainability into capital markets. It is widely recognized as the most influential organization devoted to the advancement of ESG investing globally. four types of responsible investing strategies in the PRI Reporting Framework, which follows those developed by CFA Institute (2015) and used by the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance (2019), among others.
