Oh wow. Saving your positives list to revamp my resume. My favorite is "the ability to see patterns where others see chaos". Thank you for this!

I needed to hear that today. I cut alcohol out of my life earlier this year and all my “struggles” are magnified to me now. I have been so depressed, “struggling” with the simplest of life tasks. Motherhood and ADHD are not a marriage made in heaven, I find it so difficult to organise myself let alone my family.

Really needed a reminder of the flip side 🙏🏼💚✨

I love this video! I have learned to competely own all of my symptoms, good or bad. To embrace it all. I serve a niche in life... what that is remains to be truly seen but it will be just right for me! I also love offering a very different perspective from the mainstream or norm. INFP 4w5 with combined type ADHD. What a marvelous life it is!

Yes sir! I got a late diagnoses and not having the tools in place early on really did feel like constant struggle. Reframing ADHD is so important because it’s not healthy to feel shame just for existing in a world that wasn’t set up with us in mind.

Great.message! Don't let your mental struggles limit or define you. Work with and be gentle with yourself. Set small manageable goals and snowball them into the bigger ones.

Does anyone struggle with trying to complete all the mundane task of cleaning and putting away stuff so you can finally work on projects in peace?? BUT you never get the cleaning and clearing out done so you are in a never ending cycle and your heart breaks because all you want to do is create and paint??❤😢😊

I used to struggle to complete tasks until I began taking Schisandra berry extract powder. I add the recommended amount to my morning coffee. I noticed that when I take that, I go from not checking anything off my list to checking nearly everything off my list. I also add ginseng powder extract for clarity of mind. They are both known as adaptogens which has also been helpful to me for managing stress which can often be overwhelming. I didn't even realize I have had adhd until recently, yet I've always been searching for and trying out natural remedies for coping with a list of issues I just wanted to improve upon.

The way listening to all the ADHD behaviours chimed with me made me start to feel depressed. I recognise that I am basically disabled. But this video made me feel better because this is also me. As the person in my family who is the fixer, recognising I may have ADHD has been comforting but also frightening. I don't have time for ADHD but if I can't fix it, I can't fulfil my role. But I can. Differently. Thank you for sharing this

I have ADHD and I am the least resilient person I know.

If that makes you feel better about ADHD, so be it. But my experience is a living hell, no meds work for me and no amount of mental wrangling will allow me to take advantage of any of those great "features". The ADHD always wins. Its starts the moment I wake up and it continues until I finally pass out from exhaustion. Normies think its trivial, just try harder they say. To what end? Bigger frustration? A bigger mess as I dart from task to task never completing one or the other? Just because I dont act crazy, doesnt mean that I'm not, and when I do act crazy, ADHD never gets the blame or the price.

Thats what a symptom is
If a disease or disorder happens to make positive things happen, those arent symptoms, they are all possible characteristics ofvsaid disease or disorder though
