My head canon plot:

Once you exit the elevator, figure crushes the elevator and roars at you, you run and figure chases you for 3 doors then you find a closet and hide in there. Figure checks the closet and leaves(that is when you finish the heartbeat minigame ofc else you die). then it leaves but occasionally encounters you at some point and you have to hide and sneak away to next door. This will be upto door 0200 again figure will jump onto the elevator. Same plot for floor 3, 4, 5, .... but new monsters also attack you.
