Phil Hesketh and Mia Akerlund training at Unit-27

Phil and Mia, who are on Unit-27's sponsored professional athlete (SPA) program spent some time with us last month to kickstart their preparations for the regionals, this is Phil's 6th regionals and he is gunning for the CrossFit Games again this year, its been a perfect preparation so far without any injuries and he is confident he will get there :) these 2 guys showed us why they are top of their game in their time here with their professional approach to their training, we wish them all the best and look forward to having them back to us :)
